I want everyone to feel as best as they can, so I will always have this book up to help those going through a hard time) Feeling sad? Not feeling very confident? Try this book. Every week there will be a new thing that can help raise your self esteem. This is for anyone with any mental health problem that causes them to feel discouraged, or lowers their self esteem occasionally, it makes them fell negatively about themselves one way or another. I personally don't have very high self esteem, but I still manage to stay positive, and I don't say any negative things about myself or anyone. If I can't raise your self esteem in this book, then I'd love it if I can at least manage to do for you what I can do for myself. Stay positive! -KP x (P.S. - This isn't actually weekly.
