In the aftermath of World War III, children exposed to fallout have developed strange mutations. The Russian government, eager for world domination has captured and raised many of these children in isolated facilities, where they can be monitored and assimilated. Nataliya Putinov, a Russian teen held in one such facility in Siberia, has yet to discover her true potential. Plotting escape and revenge, she teams up with two unlikely friends for a race against powerlust and greed.
