He is shunned, so he is not cared for, and closely watched. Instead of leading a normal life, it is one with Hatred, Insanity, Pain, Blood, and Deceit.
And it all started with a simple Quirk, what almost everyone has.
Always on the run, with a Killing type Quirk, can he live a normal life? Well, he doesn't want to.
