What do you do when you wake up pregnant and without memories?

I woke up after the car accident unable to recall who I was, where I was and why I was in the hospital in the first place. There was just him. The dedicated husband who stood vigil the whole time I was confined. But why is it that no matter how hard I tried I didn't see myself falling in love with such an intimidating man?
