Andy Scottsburg has just moved from Colorado to California and also went from riches to rags after her mom lost her modeling job. Always moving around the country has made it difficult for Andy to find out who she is. But she knows what she wants to do. Dance. Now that she's finally settling down in Cali with her mom and has a chance at being normal once again. But not without a challenge.
