Stand Across
Once a year, every human on Earth loses one entire day. It doesn't feel like a blackout - it feels clean, like the day never existed. No one knows which day they lose, or what happens during it. Video footage erases itself. Time-stamped devices loop or glitch. Even diary entries vanish without smudges. Most people accept it. Some even like it. But a few... don't forget. The world isn't broken. Just folded. Bent along invisible seams no one admits are there. There is a place made of what we tried not to feel. Where echoes walk. Where memories wait to be picked up again. It's easy to cross over. Harder to come back whole. And something has started crossing the other way.Complete

Beautifully Obsessed
He was her rock, her best friend, her first love. He became her worst nightmare, her tormentor, her captor She was his everything. His obsession. Their story should have ended with that court case, but he's found a way back to her, and he won't give her another opportunity to escape. Not this time. ------------------------------------------- Shivering, I sobbed out, unable to speak, unable to move. "Shh, shh, now baby-girl, it's alright, you're safe, don't cry" he soothed, moving closer to me. "N-Noah, I w-want to go home," I sobbed, feeling weak from my inability to talk without stuttering. A gasp left my parted lips as his hand forcefully connected with my cheek, "You are home, so I don't want to hear that crap from you, okay?" shaking, I looked down at my feet, his gaze too menacing to hold. "I said, do you understand" he spit through clenched teeth, "y-yes, I'm sorry" I whispered, a new wave of tears making their appearance. "Good girl, now I need you to keep being a good girl, okay?" nodding, my eyes met his dark ones. His form towered over me, making me feel small and irrelevant. "Words, Embry!" He demanded as I stuttered out a quiet yes. I studied him cautiously as he walked towards the far end of the room, shuffling through drawers before stalking back towards me and crouching down. I sucked in a breath as I saw the knife in his hand, his face held a mischievous grin as it glinted in the light. "Now baby-girl, you see, as much as I hate to, you need to be punished, do you know why?" Warning! His Ruthless Temptation
I saw her long before she saw me. She didn't know then that her fate had already been sealed, that every step she took was drawing her closer to me. Closer to what she would become. There was something in her-something fragile, something wild. A fear she tried to hide, wrapped in defiance and confidence. It was intoxicating, watching her, knowing that no one else could see what I saw. No one else could feel the pull like I did. The slow, deliberate unraveling of her world as it would soon be tethered to mine. I felt my heart beat once, hard and fast. It was the only signal I needed. She would be mine-not in some fleeting, hollow way. No. I would strip away every shield, every defense, until she was laid bare, body and soul. And when she looked at me for the first time, I knew. She was already mine. A. Trigger Warning ⚠️: This story contains intense and graphic content, exploring dark and disturbing themes that may be triggering for some readers. My Best Accident I (IN PRINT)
Why must we always dream of fairy tales? Why do we insist on thinking everything will be perfect? Why do we limit ourselves to imagining only moments of joy and not of sadness? We live in a world where perfection is an illusion, where those who seem perfect reveal themselves to be deeply flawed. We cling to dreams of eternal happiness, believing we can escape pain and disappointment. But is that really true? Everything changed the day I met him. He was my greatest danger-the boy I fell madly in love with from the first moment I saw him... from a distance. His presence disrupted my world, and I realized that true magic doesn't lie in perfection but in imperfection. With him, I experienced a whirlwind of intense emotions, from the purest joy to the deepest sorrow. I learned that love isn't about avoiding suffering, but about finding someone who is worth facing those challenges for. Because in those moments of sadness, I discovered strength within myself and in our relationship. That's how I came to understand that fairy tales are not perfect; they are filled with trials and hardships. And it is precisely that struggle that makes them real and meaningful. True love isn't a path without obstacles-it's a journey in which both people grow and become stronger together.Complete
