Evalynn Jenner is a thirty something year old journalist. She grew up in a small country town and moved to the big city after completing her studies. Here she becomes the person she really is after being caged by her conservative parents. She meets a few people and lets herself go which ends up getting her into things she can't get out of....more trouble she has ever imagined being in. Her boyfriend of 12 years isn't of much help due to his absent mindedness and blindness to Evalynn's cries for love and affection. He might just be the cause of this effect... Now she sits...all alone in this court room, with nothing but her own, haunting thoughts...

He's angry at her, yes-but mostly, he's angry at himself for feeling something he shouldn't.
