Its their 4th year of Hogwarts (let's pretend Remus got bit over the summer so no one besides him and professors know but they still have nick names). James and Lily finally are hinting at hooking up, Peter isn't a marauder, and Sirius feels something more than ever for Remus.
Remus walks in from a long night, a full moon to be exact. Sirius was sitting in the common room, staring in the fire when he heard him walking in. Remus's face is covered in scratches, his clothes torn & ripped, lip and some of his arms bleeding, and his hair messed. Sirius questions him right away, and all Remus said it's a family thing. Sirius ran to Lily for help on looking up what an abusive family looked like (in worries Remus was in one), and soon he learned, he was in one.

Its been two years since the marauders have graduated. James and Lily are married with a baby on the way, and Sirius and Peter are very busy with the Order. Meanwhile, Remus is just trying to survive his transitions in such a volatile time. No one wants to hire a werewolf, and the Order isn't well enough equipped to handle the full moons. Dumbledore offers him a position at the Hogwarts library as an assistant. There he can do research for the Order, as well as spend his moons like he did during his school years. Tessa Downing is a sixth year Hufflepuff. After a summer of chaos and hiding, she's having trouble transitioning back at school. Constantly worried about her muggle parents, Tessa's grades slip and she begins to spend more time at the library. Thankfully the new assistant is willing to help her. Seventh year was supposed to be great. It was their last year at Hogwarts. Things changed big time. Remus Lupin was no longer part of the Marauders. He ditched them because he was fed up. All the two did was bully people lower than them. Remus Lupin you can say was not normal. On top of being a wizard, he was a werewolf, gay, and pregnant. Now he was dealing with this all alone. His boyfriend dumped him for some chick. Remus was done crying over him. Lily Evans had many friends and a great boyfriend to boot but, James Potter would not leave her alone. Sirius is starting with the memories of a certain morning at 12 Grimmauld Place in August: memories that he might not ever forget, yet is desperate to cloak underneath the facade that every is fine at home and that he and his parents just sometimes encounter minor disagreements. James is starting his fifth year, yes, but more importantly, he is starting phase five of his plan to woo Lily Evans: somehow his friends seem doubtful that he might succeed, but James, being James, is in no lack of confidence. And Peter, well, Peter is starting to wonder just why he puts up with these people, and if he should really be feeling sorry for Lily Evans, and maybe if he should have asked to have been sorted into Hufflepuff.Complete
