The first one is about their anniversary, the second one about Baz and Simon confronting Baz's parents on a Christmas dinner and the third one is about Simon having a bad mental health day and how Baz and Penny cheer him up. (Written long before Wayward Son came out!!!)

Baz's plans are immediately put to a halt, however, once he returns to find that Simon Snow has been cursed, is chronically ill, and is due to die in less than a week. But breaking the curse is easy - all Baz has to do is admit that he loves the other boy more than anyone else ever will.
