Anna has always stuck to the background, blending in wherever she goes. She doesn't stand out and has always thought of that as a flaw in her personality. Until the day comes when this flaw is what will keep her alive and untouched by the strange new controllers in our world. Soon Anna is caught in a society that is driven for one purpose. Anna has no idea what that purpose is and thinking she is the last uncontrolled human, she settles into her daily routine. Trying so hard not to stand out, Anna may just lose her last chance for human connection and in that, salvation.

Eric misses everything about his old life, his paint set, his music and books, and even his annoying little brother Mark. He is not sure why the chip in his brain and the corresponding biochemical coursing through his veins don't seem to have effected him, but he is grateful for every moment he gets to maintain his own thoughts and feelings. Eric knows there are more like him and he is determined to find a way to escape this life with his brother and anyone he can find not being controlled like him. Each move he makes is carefully monitored and with each new attempt to reach out to his fellow survivors, Eric is that much closer to discovery.

COMPLETED Living a life you didn't sign up for is hard, but doing so while feeling lost is harder. Dylan Amity is a musical prodigy. He could play a range of instruments, from the electric guitar to his violin. He lived, ate, and breathed music and was on track to becoming the orchestra's lead violinist. He was ready to become one of history's best composers. But he decided to place his dreams on hold for a while when he found out that his dad, the CEO of Amity Industry, was diagnosed with stage three lung cancer. His dad's death was expected, but the way he died wasn't. After the reading of the will, Dylan is faced with the harsh reality that you don't always get what you want. Following a short period of grief, Dylan is thrust into a world of business, responsibilities, and guardianship. He never wanted to be CEO, but now he has to because it's what his dad wanted. He also never expected to be Amber's, his thirteen-year-old sister's, legal guardian. Dylan has to put his dreams aside as he learns to navigate his new life without any experience of being a CEO or a guardian. Without a guide, Dylan is bound to feel lost, but maybe Rose could help. Maybe she could teach him how to deal with it. ••• Sneak Peek: "You know what, Amber? At least I'm fucking trying!" I gritted out, meeting her eyes that practically blazed with fury. "Yeah! Trying to act like papa. But guess what, Dylan, you never cared about me or what I did!" She screamed, taking steps back towards the stairs. "You never cared when I was a baby, you didn't care when I was a toddler, and guess what! You don't care now. You're only pretending to care to make yourself feel better. But you don't! No one fucking cares."

In a fractured, dystopian world ruled by the oppressive regime known as the Unity, governed by harsh rules and stifling regulations. The Unity enforces a strict surveillance state where citizens are monitored 24/7 through cameras and tracking devices. Curfews and movement restrictions limit personal freedom, with travel between districts or outside designated zones forbidden. Thought policing ensures that any dissent is swiftly eradicated, as even the slightest hint of rebellion is punishable. Social status and employment are determined by the Unity, stripping away individual choice and autonomy. Resources are tightly controlled, and those who question the system are denied basic necessities. Everette, is a freethinker in a world that punishes independent thought. He has been sent to reeducation camps multiple times, accused of being "useless" and too questioning of the Unity's rule. His mind unwilling to conform makes him a target, as his persistent probing into the lies and manipulation behind the regime is seen as a dangerous crime. Despite the relentless punishment, Everette refuses to accept the Unity's version of reality, believing there is a greater truth beneath the surface. Maddie, has always been a compliant citizen, never questioning the rules or the world around her. But when she's drawn into Everette's secretive world of resistance, she begins to awaken to the realization that she, too, is a freethinker-though she's never allowed herself to see it. As Everette helps her unlock the power of her own questioning mind, Maddie begins to challenge everything she once believed, gradually discovering her own strength in the face of tyranny. Together, they must navigate a world where independent thought is a crime, risking everything to expose the Unity's lies and fight for a future where truth and freedom can survive. Will they unfold the lies the Unity has possessed all these years or will the Unity tuck them into the shadows as many before?

Set in an alternate future where the government rules over all and those who don't follow the status quo are sent to a prison called the Camp to work hard labor, rumors of rebellion are quickly taking root. These rebels have tried to overthrow the Citadels before, however, and they are not the heroes the Citadel citizens wish them to be. Nor has lived in a Citadel orphanage for thirteen years after she was separated from her family during the last rebellion against the government. Though the rebels may have failed all those years ago, they have suddenly returned with increasing numbers and support. Nor doesn't believe that the rebel's agenda is to liberate the people, but something far more sinister. Her suspicions are soon confirmed, and she is forced to flee for her life. On the run from the quickly approaching rebel army, Nor begins to search for the family that she lost long ago. Her journey will lead her into unexpected dangers, and even to an unexpected love. Not everything is as it seems, and soon the strange events that are slowly untangling within Nor's world will make her question her very reality.
