When Beth has to lie to protect her friends from an unknown source she can't fight and help keep Henry in his place at school she is overwhelmed and things go downhill quickly.
"Why don't you just talk to me?"
"Because talking to you could get you killed," I finally snap.
Will she be able to keep up the act, or will the stress lead her down a path of wrong choices and possibly life or death matters?
