Bolten grabbed my hand once more, but more firmly this time. "Vivian I know this is going really fast, but we're meant to be. You're my mate and we are going to spend the rest of our lives together. You're mine."
"....YOUR CRAZY, I KNEW IT! YOUR KIDNAPPING ME, AND PROBABLY GOING TO RAPE ME TOO! STOP THIS CAR RIGHT NOW!" I shrieked at him. The car swerved, went off the road, and crashed into a tree. Bolten's face hit the stearing wheel and he hissed in pain. I was fine, other than the fact that I was terrified, shooken up, and being kidnapped... I quickly grabbed the door handle, and pushed the door open with all my strength. I stumbled out of the car, and ran through the forest, onto the road.
Vivian Jones is an 18 year old girl who has had a rough life. Her mother died, her father ditched her, and even her boyfriend Matt is apart of making her life hell. Vivian's friend Sheila suggests breaking up with Matt because of his abusive ways. When Vivian tries to explain why she must break up with him, things go terribly wrong, and Vivian does the only thing she could do, flee to Colorado, and take Sheila with her. It doesn't take long before they both stand out, and catch the attention of two guys that seem to be strangely interested in them. "Mine" is a word Vivian constantly hears ever since she met Bolten, a hot, cocky, possessive guy that follows her like a lost puppy. One day, while trying to escape Bolten's constant smothering, she meets a cute guy who seems innocent. Too bad he wasn't. Bolten instantly rescues Vivian, but by kidnapping her?!

He was there at every corner, every event she attended, and even outside her apartment building. His presence became an obsession that she couldn't ignore, sending shivers down her spine but just as he came he left in the darkness air. Poof! Gone! Just like that.
