Azucena and Violetta have been best friends for years. Both girls are as much of a disaster as they are inseparable. Azucena is a lesbian who falls apart when meeting a pretty girl, and Violetta loves to tease her for it. Violetta is a straight girl wrapped into a fake relationship with the neighbor's son Christian, no one knows it is fake, not even Azucena, though she starts to get jealous when Violetta chooses Christian over her. Their non-binary friend Cyder grows close to Azucena practically replacing her bond with Violetta which is her small version of revenge against Violetta. In the midst of her fake relationship, Violetta starts to question her sexuality because of her feelings for Azucena and irrational jealousy of a misunderstanding with Cyder.
