Since then Rhysand and Feyre have been ruling the Night Court side by side, as equals; Feyre's kindness balancing out Rhysand's power. They always believed they were a perfect pair to rule but Feyre's kindness has some believing Rhysand is becoming soft, lenient. Then Azriel receives word from his network that some threaten to overthrow his throne. With Rhysand's reign slowly slipping from him and unexpected visitors arriving in his court, how will he manage to save his position and his mate's happiness?
Nesta has finally allowed herself to open up her heart to Cassian. She begins to open up to him telling him things she never spoke aloud but Cassian suddenly starts to pull away from her. He begins to leave at strange hours,and speaks in whispers to those around him. Despite her growing suspicions she can't help but fall for him. Nesta desperately struggles to trust him while protecting her own heart but where must she draw the line between love and trust?
