The Last Draconide

Here is my first try for a long story that I began thinking of and started to write years ago (and completely dropped - ooopsies).

I finally found the (sort of) motivation to get back to it and re-write it, I hope, a bit more properly.

Hayden, a young man of human parents, was strangely "born" prematurely while his mother and family burned in the flames. The conditions of this birth gave him characteristics of an ancient hybrid race supposedly long-since extinct : the Draconides, people born with dragon blood showing exceptional magic and physical abilities.

Travelling around the world, he will seek information about his parents, his origins and unlock the potential held within him.

Publication will most likely not be regular as I'm quite taken and can't free a lot of time (nor find the daily motivation) to write, but I'll try to update as often as possible.

Feedback would be most appreciated as this is my first try at a novel-like story, especially since English is my second language.
