[COMPLETED] On the seemingly endless cliff face of the Dawnwall, one wrong step means a long fall and a slow death. In a place where airships fill the sky and cities rest in alcoves of stone, a fear of heights is an embarrassing affliction, not that Aelyn Ellis will ever admit it. At fifteen years old the young shepherd is perfectly content spending his life buried in books, studying swashbuckling adventure from the comfort of a wool-cushioned chair. Unfortunately, as it is said on the Dawnwall, no one is above that which lies below.

It is a cold and windless morning when Aelyn's non-paternal grandfather dies in an accident at the town's pier. Without a will, Aelyn loses everything: his home, his flock, and his library. Aelyn is left with only the clothes on his back and a single book in his pocket, a book that holds a dangerous secret.

Burdened with the knowledge of a treasure unlike any other, Aelyn makes the choice to face his fear, setting forth on a voyage across the high-skies. Pursued by bloodthirsty sky pirates and haunted by ghostly apparitions, Aelyn must band together with a crew of privateers to unlock the secret of a fortune so valuable it could change the future... and the past.

COMPLETE #1 in Fantasy #1 in Adventure #1 in Historical Fiction ---------- Sometimes, believing helps us to see truth. Other times, we need a little evidence to believe. But there is truth behind everything; every false manoeuvre, ever little lie...a small piece of truth is hidden. Just like truth is wound into legends too. Growing up best friend to the future King, Arabelle never really thought her life could go wrong. Whenever she wanted something, or needed something, she would get it. Then she lost her father at a young age and Arabelle was forced into a world of dresses, balls, and lies. Being a tomboy, Arabelle would have rather been out on her horse doing archery practice with her brothers. When Arabelle gets curious and sneaks into a forbidden area of the castle, she discovers a deadly secret: her bloodline is sacred, dating back to a legend surrounded by the one thing she knows not to be true. Unsure what to do, she gets caught up in a series of events that lead to her being hidden and whisked away from the only familiar place she knew. After making some unlikely allies, Arabelle sets off on a journey to find the legend of the last dragon egg. Fate has something big in store for her; will she be able to withstand the pressure of it all? There is one thing Arabelle needs to learn to survive this new place... 6 parts Ongoing

The race is over. The hunt has begun. What started as the world's most thrilling airship competition in 1912 has become something far deadlier. The Pacific stretches endless and checkpoint-free ahead of the surviving captains, but they're no longer racing toward victory. They're running for their lives. Ships vanish in the night. Crews disappear without distress calls. Fleets that were supposed to ensure safe passage are now the predators, and every captain who made it this far has a target painted on their hull. The skies still shift and time still bends, but those aren't the worst dangers anymore. When the hunters close in and the pretense of civilization falls away, survival becomes the only prize that matters. Trevor Rainbolt's gambit worked. Now he has to live with the consequences. And in a hunt where the rules change with every sunrise, knowing where you are won't save you from what's coming. (A Geoguessr Fanfiction)
