Can you imagine a world where chaos is projected through manipulation?
Where in order to cover up mistakes committed by somebody else, you'd have to suffer to do so?
Where masks are almost naturally formed over our faces, even through the day we are born?
Despite it all, this particular world has fallen to despair. Citizens feel worthless trying to fight against it.
Against them.
The government, altering society to make it polished. Perfect.
Oh no, for their mistakes are not theirs, its ours.
As society could no longer panic the longer time continues, negative energy radiated throughout humanity as we know it.
Yet, out of all hopeless things in the world, certain people began to feed off of this. This took indeed a massive amount of mental power.
Light began to radiate as there have been numerous reports of "heroes" igniting, spreading like a wildfire.
The government was quite shocked at the sudden rouge behavior, as they thought they have tamed this society for what it already was.
As the government called them "delinquents", the citizens decided to go ahead and make that the new definition of "heroes".

Escaping the Monster's Embrace (OLD BEING REWRITTEN )
(Currently being rewritten under a new name The Claimed) Everything changed when they came out of hiding, terror spread across the world as people began to question if our presidents and our global leaders lied to us and weren't from the same race. The Beasts blended in amongst us as if we were the same, except humans didn't have the same predatory instincts and we couldn't change our forms like they could. Soon after we learnt that we weren't the only species people began going missing. Some were unlucky and taken as something that the Beasts called a Mate that one word made fear spread throughout my veins, I would rather sell my soul than have one of them mutts chain me to them. Six months went by before the government, that was un-tainted by this vile race began to take action into their own hands contacting other countries and militaries causing the great war to happen, sending both my parents off to fight for our rights. Only one of them came back, two months was the longest we lasted before we were overpowered by them. Six years of living in this dysfunctional environment and my hatred had never dwindled. Some people still believed in god and had faith in him, I didn't know what I believed in but I prayed like everyone else that I would get through another day without hearing the soul crushing word 'Mate'. Everyone was evacuated from the home planet over 150 years ago. Our planet was dying, it was only a matter of time before our race was wiped out. We now live on a synthetic planet designed and built by our ancestors who came together from all parts of the globe to devise a plan to save us. We have lived peacefully for over a century.. Until now. Our lives were threatened when a mysterious and deadly virus broke out, killing entire communities at a time. The council says that they have a plan; they said that in order to prevent the death of more innocent people they will test every man, woman, and child for signs of the virus. Any person found to have been infected will be quarantined, the ones who die will be given a proper burial while the ones who survive are deemed carriers and are to be sent to the home planet to prevent further outbreak. I was prepared for the people I know and some I love being taken away for the greater good, but I never would have expected that among the list of people being taken from my community, that I would be one of them.. I survived the quarantine. Now for the survival of my planet I, and the other Carriers must be sent to the home planet. I'm going back to Earth. Amidst the shimmering façade of a world painted in perfection and utopia, a shadow of deceit loomed over the unaware population. It was a world where citizens smiled through their days, ignorant of the intricate web of illusion woven around them. The sun always shone, the skies were perpetually blue, and the cities gleamed with an otherworldly luster. Yet, behind this idyllic veneer, lay a truth concealed by those who sought to manipulate and control. Unbeknownst to the masses, history had been rewritten, memories altered, and knowledge distorted. The government, an amalgamation of ideologies that had once plagued the world, had risen to power under the guise of unity and harmony. Socialism, communism, Marxism, and totalitarianism merged into a single entity that held the strings of every citizen's life. The all-seeing eye of artificial intelligence monitored every thought, every action, ensuring conformity to the established norms. Resistance was the flicker of hope that persisted in the hearts of a few. Scattered across the globe, these individuals dared to question the perfection presented to them. Everything is normal, crime is still a thing but instead of gangs running the show on the streets...Well, It's Mafia's who run these streets. Cops are bribed, territories are made, allies are strong, traitors are within- All Of It. Some Mafia's are just full on psychopaths who want to rule the whole entire city but get too reckless and end up wiping themselves out. Other Mafia's are wiped out from the inside and out. Some are untouched by anyone due to their power or how much control of territory they have. Well, My little mafia has a long way to go before we get wiped out due to our status not being so high in the ranks. I'm Y/N and My Mafia is called The Blackout Mafia and you'll find out why soon. Our world though exposes Love through Eyes. It's called, Lovers Eye or Love At First Sight. Scientist have researched for years why human eyes just form red beating hearts through their eyes but some people just say it's their "Soul Mates". Cringe... It's been almost a hundred years since Earth's civilizations fell, leaving only ruins and memories. Long before the collapse, they began taking humans, but now, everyone knows who they are and they fear them. The few who manage to return from their captivity tell stories of how these creatures treat humans like animals or children, tending to them like pets or slaves. Most survivors live in hidden cities, avoiding the ancient ruined cities at all costs. But not Jace and his crew. As a group of Stray Humans, they've made the decaying cities their home, roaming the forgotten streets, never staying in one place for long, and bringing all their skills to the table. They are a family, working together to make sure those things, Aliens, never take another human as long as they are near. When the aliens of A.C.R. (Animal Care and Rescue) find a new group of humans wandering the ruins of a large city, they think it will be an easy capture. But they soon learn that these particular humans have more willpower than most. They dodge every trap, disappear around every bend, and even manage to take some of the already captured humans with them. The aliens pity these "little creatures"-they just don't want to leave their home, but Earth is falling apart at the seams, and they are determined to take the stubborn little humans to the safety of one of the mother planets. No matter the cost. L.O.V.E.
100 years ago, amidst WW3's nuclear bombing, a deadly virus was released in the atmosphere and nearly wiping out the humanity. It lives inside the human brain thriving on the empathy receptors, leading to irrational behaviour and ultimately brain death. To slow the damage, scientists created L.O.V.E, short for Living Off Vital Emotions, a nanovaccine that numbs the virus and switches off all strong emotions. As a last resort and with a dying planet, the Supreme Government created the City, a place to contain the infected survivors suitable for the experiment. Those in the first stages of illness became ideal candidates to receive the neuroinhibitor. Having their feelings restrained and their memory altered, those who come of age are designated a life partner through a Selection process, thus preserving the humankind. A few decades after the trial had started, scientists had a major breakthrough. The nanites, which are highly chemically reactive organisms, are changing their bio-engineered purpose when dopamine levels are high. With a new generation of nanoids, stronger and smarter to fight the battle, the virus doesn't have a chance. Many attempts were made to create a man-made version of synthetic dopamine and each time the outcome was a disaster. Their goal is to create new generations, immune to the virus. These are called Purebloods, the offsprings of those who find pure love, the only cure to save them from a violent death. Running out of time, the Experiment entered in its final stages. To minimize the threats, the Colonies have sent their best soldiers to oversee the trial and protect its key subjects. If only things were going according to plan, or better...stay hidden.
