Matthew has no business on this side of Bridgetown at this time of the night. Shakira just wants to get the night over with and make it back home with minimal bruising. Life has different plans in store for them both. When a series of gruesome, specific murders shakes up the red-light districts of Bush Hill and nearby Nelson Street, they become unlikely allies in the quest for justice. Crime and violence is Officer Matthew Straker's domain. His life is ordinary, if not predictable. When tragedy strikes, he finds himself doing the one thing he took an oath against - breaking the law. A police officer has no business with a prostitute. But then again, life doesn't always add up.
