“Are you single?” Erin was taken aback by this question. It was asked by a complete stranger who was standing behind her in the Starbucks line. “Why do you want to know?” she asked. The speaker was a tall blonde muscular boy with short golden blonde hair and crystal blue eyes. With just one look she could tell he played football, he looked like the perfect all-American boy. “You’re not from around here, are you?” he enquired. “No, I’m not,” she replied, “what gave it away?” “You’re accent and the fact you don’t know me,” he answered. “What are you, some sort of celebrity?” “I’m not a celebrity but I am sort of famous.” “Ha, “she snorted, “I’ll believe it when I see it.” “Okay then Erin, “he said dropping out of the line, “I’ll see you around.” It was only when she was walking out of Starbucks she realised he had called her by name.
