"The new cat doesn’t stop to worry about the other two strays, instead he finishes off the one he has, clamping his jaw around his throat, crushing is windpipe in the process to suffocate him.  Once the stray’s body goes limp from being lifeless, the cat raises his head and stares right into my humans with a set of piercing, pale, blue-green cat eyes.  

My breath catches in my throat as my heart begins to race once again, only this time it is not in fear, but rather anticipation.  I thought he was away at college while working part time as an enforcer for our alpha, helping to protect our Pride on the boarders of our territory.  What is he doing back and what is he doing here of all places?"
