When you think of the CIA, the first thing that comes to mind is men in suits and earwigs. Teenagers in sweatshirts probably doesn't come up in a conversation about the Central Intelligence Agency.

Aleksandra Meledin was genetically created, the hospital she was made at burned down two minutes after she was 'born', and she lived on the street for the fist nine years of her life. One life changing day, the CIA Director recruits her along with several other teenaged boys and girls. After all "The terrorists expect full grown men, not children."

BOOK 1 From the moment the Declaration of Independence was signed, there were people who didn't agree with it. This included a small group of politicians who called themselves Chaos. They vowed to someday take over America and start over with a utopian society where everyone would have a common goal. They slowly infiltrated the government, filling it with corrupt leaders. They planned a mass attack on the U.S. on July 2, 2076, Americas 300th birthday. On that day, they assassinated the president and began bombing in New York. Unfortunately, Chaos only had about 200 soldiers so they came up with a technology to implant a chip in the nervous system and essentially control them. So basically, each solider could make a civilian a soldier and the civilian would be forced to fight and make soldiers of their own. The whole operation snowballed and everything went according to plan. Unlike in other stories, there is no hope and the only way to survive is though the CPO (citizen protection organization), created by Benjamin Franklin. It's a system of secret subway tunnels, used to evacuate civilians to safely. Out story begins on July 2, 2076 when the first bomb drops. Madalyn Grace and her friends are caught in this apocalypse and must find away to leave.

These beings as I announced only a moment ago, look exactly like a human, two way to tell if they are one or not, their attitude and their eyes. They don't have emotions, only hunger and let me tell you, they will go out of their way to eat you, they will speak but it will sound different... Deformed almost. The eyes are usually the first to become infected, they become slightly red at first, as time progresses so does the intensity of the color red in the eye. The color in their eyes they once possessed, will seem dull, it will seem as if they are unfocused or unfamiliar with their surroundings. That is all I can tell you for the moment Lexi, but know their are people waiting for your arrival, and we are waiting for you to end this suffering race." Dillon hates his mate and waiting tell he is old enough to reject her. He dose what he can, ignores her, forgets her, because she is nothing but a pathetic human. Or so she thought... . . . "Your weak, ugly, pathdic, little human, who I could kill so easily. Unfortunately for me I can't reject you yet!"
