16 year old Abigail Wynters, orphaned, neglected, making it through life living in New York City, and currently being attacked by Shredder and some of his Foot Clan soldiers.
Raphael, a 16 year old Mutated Turtle, created, a freak, saving the City from being terrorized by the Shredder and his Foot Clan.
Finding Abigail surrounded by Foot soldiers, fighting for her life, Raphael and his three brothers swoop in to save her life, only for Raphael's turtle instincts to awaken at the slightest brush of flesh against flesh.
She was his mate, not that either of them knew that yet, but their souls intertwined that fateful night, an unbreakable bond began to form. His to protect, cherish, and worship. Hers to love, accept, support, and claim.

Jamey and Raph started dating, and Cheyenne and Donnie started dating a few days before Jamey and Raph started. Mikey and Tasneem started dating sometime after them and finally, Jesse and Leo started after them. When Leonardo comes home from his long venture, there is an immediate strain on his relationship with Raphael while mysterious Foot Clan activity and monster sightings cause additional difficulty.
