Death Of Danny Fenton
Danny is proclaimed "dead" by his parents after passing out from exhaustion after a long drawn out fight with a ghost. Do too his ghost half being unstable it causes his human half to appear deceased. Danny slipped into a comatose state and his ghost half glitched. Afraid that Danny may turn into a ghost like the ones they had been fighting they made a special coffin for him and they put deep in the ocean. Anyone who asked was told that they had held a private funeral and there was a fake grave with Danny's headstone on it as well. Someone finds the coffin, someone bat-like.

Welcome to my (a bit pathetic) attempt to make a Danny Phantom Crossover with Batman! I've always wanted to make a a crossover but I always thought I would make it terribly. So this is my attempt to do so. It is still utterly terrible. The story's all over the place, it's actually pretty pathetic tbh. Danny wasn't a Fenton. He wasn't their original child, in fact, he was their nephew. A nephew they lied to. They thought they were helping him, but all it did was cause him to resent them. Cause him to run away. He needed to fix this mistake he unknowingly made. Dick wasn't a Wayne, but he liked pretending to be. It felt better than remembering that he was abandoned by someone he thought he could trust. Someone he thought would never leave his side. Someone who wasn't there for their deaths. Yet, they couldn't stay away from each other for too long. After all, they were two halves of the same whole.

One day while down in the lab Clockwork and some Observants come out of the Ghost Portal telling Danny he is the new King of the Ghost Zone (but currently Prince until he comes of age). Danny tries to adapt to being a Prince but finds his new responsibilities scary and stressful. But that is not all the newly appointed Prince has to worry about, for something sinister is lurking in the shadows. Will Danny be able to prevent himself from abusing his new power? *NOTE* This story is not a complete re-write. I am mostly combining previous chapters with fixing some grammatical errors, making 'minor' story changes and just polishing it up a little.
