Jordan Young, school player, hasn't met his mate yet. After 3 years of searching for a mate at his local high school, he has given up hope of ever finding her. So when he finds his mate, who's 5 years younger than him, he is ecstatic, but disappointed about her age. To himself, he vows to wait for her to grow up. Burning with shame, of her wheelchair, she wheels over to NYC to attend a 6 year school for gifted werewolves, along with her posse' of girls, including Jordan's sister, Kat. She returns after a long 6 years to attend the 3 year culinary institute in her hometown. A heartbroken Jordan awaits her. He's a mess after one night that changed everything. Can he explain why it's not his fault she's in a wheelchair, and win the heart that used to belong to him, or will he be left behind in Sarah's past, a childhood best friend in his place as boyfriend?
