2. I do go into sensative topics such as deppression. self harm and panick attacks (with the panic attacks though I depicked them how i usually have them so if its not how you have/imagine panick attack please also excuse that)
3. If you use different pro nouns to she, her I apologize I find it easier to write using she, he they pro nouns when i feel it fits the story so for this one I felt that she worked better

I'm gonna take your hoodie off and open the front door to get air circling okay?" he keeps talking but I can't register anything other than the pain in my chest and dizzing white spots in my vision as i vaguely feel my hoodie being removed and cool air hitting my bare arms.
