There's been a mistake.
How could I have slipped through S.H.I.E.L.D.'s grasp so easily?
Yet I, Loki Laufeyson, is on the run yet again from the Midgardian secret organization. It was easy to escape, but it could be nearly impossible to stay hidden. Without the protection of Asgard or the Bifrost, I'll be like a normal Midgardian, maybe I'll even have to impersonate one to stay away. But one thing's for sure; the Tesseract must stay hidden,  away from the hands of one greedy, mad titan.
And one more minor thing; I must not die. Not again, at least.

Each of them mean something else. It's a very sweet way they can express emotions to each other." Loki laughed quietly. "Midgard can truly be backwards at times, but they are amusing." In a political move aimed to unite Vanaheim and Asgard, Loki is betrothed to the youngest daughter of the royal family of the neighboring realm, Vanaheim. Loki, who doesn't even know if he believes in love at all, finds himself in a very odd position, especially because he's met his betrothed before. A marriage date is set, but both the bride and the groom are less than satisfied. Can love grow out of circumstance?
