When Dreadflight, a Decepticon assassin, is apprenticed to the D.J.D, she is surprisingly welcomed. The D.J.D. has their own set of demons, often in the form of Overlord who can't seem to leave them alone, but as well as many nightmares they experience in a line of work she never knew they did. Killing traitors is actually more of a side thing to cover up the real goings on, and there are a lot more enemies to the Decepticon name than Tarn and Megatron care to reveal. When an infiltrator is found inside their main headquarters however, all chaos threatens to break loose. But while Megatron swiftly covers everything up, Dreadflight finds herself running with the D.J.D. to stop the beginnings of a second, much more destructive war brewing on the horizon.
