A universe where Izuko was born with a quirk.The quirk allows her to heal others/herself using her own energy.She can heal faster if she has immense knowledge in the medical field, so she became a doctor at an early age of 10.

In this universe, there are no ships.Everything is platonic.Izuko is also a tomboy so she won't find anyone attractive and she's not afraid to show off her body.Usually changes in the mens restroom, though.

Due to her quirk not being a fighting type, she trained her body so she can use physical attacks.When she gained One For All, she didn't need to train.

She gets along with Kaminari and Todoroki the most, seeing that she's playful with the guys and is very understanding of Todoroki.
