Jenny is like any other 16-year-old-girl. She goes to Colton High School and she has her three best friends Caleb, Leroy, and Hailey. In the middle of football season, Jenny does the unthinkable. She catches the eye of the hottest guy in school, Holden Sawyer who is a complete jerk to Jenny. It's not like she can avoid him though. She has to see him a lot since he and her brother are on the football team. Plus, her best friends become friends with him.
Everything changes one day in Chemistry, when Jenny writes out a small note on her desk. She returns the next day and notices that someone wrote a response there. Jenny begins writing notes back and forth with a mystery person who she hopes to find out. Is it Caleb? Her funny and caring BFF? Or Leroy? Her other BFF who's strong and protective? Possibly Holden? Maybe it's none of them, and just another stranger. Will she ever find out who this mystery person is and tell him that it's secretly me?
