Marvin Railer is another sixteen year old girl with a growing crush for her best-friend Zack. Although, these growing feelings for Zack make her scared. She's always been able to depend on Zack and doesn't want to lose him like she lost her father.  

Zack Erikson is no teen heartthrob. He's not super smart. He's got no style. He's not really athletic.  But he is tired of hearing his friends, especially his best friend Marvin, tease him on how nonathletic he is. 

It's spring of 1998 and Zack and Marvin decide to pick up a sport. As they learn to play their games, they learn to be apart.
