The Utopian Society of Cloem is what most citizens found to be the perfect place; but, unlike most stories of Utopias you've been told, Cloem never turned into a twisted Dystopia with a demented way of living. For most people that is. This city had a dark secret involving government-based experiments forcibly tested upon criminals. Felons soon begin to filter off of the streets seeing as the ones who were taken initially, never returned.
