What happens when someone who rises with the sun falls for someone who rises with the moon? Is it balance, or is it destruction? Is it chaos, or is it peace? Is it pain, or is it healing? *DISCLAIMER* I do not own any of the Avatar The Last Airbender characters. The first few chapters have heavy plot influences from the show. Those plot lines also do not belong to me. Much love! XOXOXO

**BOOK 1** The moon and the ocean. Push and pull. Tui and La. The structural beams that holds the balance of the world. Tui. The moon spirit. She represents push, where the tides out on the sea push away from each other. La. The ocean spirit. He represents pull, where the tides out on sea pull towards the land. Long ago there was the daughter of the ocean, master of water bending. It is said that once the past daughter of the moon has passed, a new one will rise. Water. Ice. Blood. Healing. All of these are the aspects of water bending. All of these are what the daughter of the moon shall be able to master. Why? For one reason only. To help keep the world in balance and restore peace between the spirit and the mortal world. It is said that the daughter of the moon will only be born to those of the ocean warriors, people who wield the power of the ocean itself with hard work and determination. No one knows whether the moon warriors truely exist, but there are those who do believe. **DISCLAIMER** I DO NOT OWN ATLA NOR DO I OWN ANY OF THEIR CHARACTER OR THE ART I USED
