At first it was quite rare, but over the it has been growing and growing. Now back to Today, These 'Freaks' now go into hiding. Everyone usually keeps to themselves when this subject is brought up. But deep down inside, everyone knows that they or Outcast. Some Believe they deserve a Chance, some don't and the Government Refuses to talk about this matter. So why don't we follow one of these 'Freaks'.
