The End Of All Things (An Arrow: Season 8 Fanfiction)
A lifetime I've seen. A multitude of battles I've fought. Mistakes I regret. Decisions I made. I kind of thought things would be different after Oliver and I got out of prison, after a fresh new start was made to our lives. But then a cosmic being of great power, called Mar Novu, or the Monitor, called Oliver away to fight for the fate of the multiverse. It was a decision that hurt us all. A decision that brought much pain. I was never the same. Felicity was never the same. William was never the same. Their young child, Mia Queen, was never the same. Team Arrow was never the same. I lived out my life. But now, my body and mind must prepare for one more battle, the Crisis on Infinite Earths. My future self and my past self must fight opposing forces for the fate of the universe. There can only be one road I must take. It will be fraught with danger, suspense, old friends and old foes, but I know I must do it. I have to. It's the end of all things, right? Might as well make it the noblest end in all history. Heroes fall in the fight, but legends will rise - and they will be told. The world will know of the legend of the Green Arrow and Athena.
