"The hero always wins," I say with ease.
"No, they don't. They only take credit for putting down people who are stepping out to change the world no matter what it takes. The villains they call them," Lauren chuckled disagreeing with me.
"But the villain is bad. The hero has to stop them at any cost. Isn't that how you win?" I asked.
"At any cost, huh? Seems to me that the hero and the villain has a common plan. If only they'd stop and realize that fighting won't win the war. It causes separation and it'll never end with peace."
"Then how do heroes win, Lauren?"
"They don't. They never do. That's what these comic books fail to mention about it all. We see the hero as the hero because that's what they call them but what if there were no labels and you heard what they were working towards and realize she's not the bad guy after all. Now do you think the hero should still win? Or is it really the villain?"
