Ying Feng is an author who wrote a book about an overpowered main character and her path to the highest realms of cultivation. Our story starts when, after countless hours, Ying Feng has finally completed his book and has fallen asleep.

Upon his awakening, he finds that he has transmigrated into the very book he wrote as Lian Feng. He now has the chance to become a true cultivator, an expert the likes of which he could only dream of in his past life. However, he must be careful, as the very main character he created may soon prove to be his downfall.
