My name is Hannah Rosemarie F. Dargin, I am a seventeen year old teenager that has been in the orphan system called Oracle for the last nine years of my life. I live in a society called Protectum, a latin word meaning protected. I had a little sister named Kylie F. Dargin, she was adopted the year I turned nine, taken from me by the Oracle. Just one year after the death of both our parents. Since our relatives refused to take us in with their family, we were placed here. Now only I remain, in the Oracle. The Oracle is a system where orphans are taken care of. The system decides where they are to be placed in, and none can disobey or there will be consequences.
