Years ago a cyber-terrorist organization appeared, they took over every government in the world to form a much more strict and powerful rule. Due to their extremist ideologies, they decided to take everyone's freedom of thought by forcing them to wear implant devices that would read their minds and send it directly to their database in order for them to stop everyone who goes against them immediately. Apparently, they are planning to go further with this new technology to fully control humans to create the 'truest from of world peace'. A group of highly-skilled masked individuals was formed to stop them, with their exceptional abilities in hacking, engineering, combat and survival. They are known as the Neo-Vendetta.
