Wavewalker [On Hold]

Parker, an Oshawott, is a brand new member of the Starter squad. When he's paired up with a hooded Popplio he isn't too sure if he can make it in the squad because of the Popplio's attitude towards him. He wants to be paired up with someone else, but Paarthurnax won't let him be paired up with anyone different. The question is why won't he let him have a different partner.
