Vincent Valentine is a man struggling to move on from his past. Haunted by memories he refuses to let go of, his history of unatoned sins is like a cage of thorns around his heart, slowly tearing him to pieces.

After contracting the deadly Geostigma, a virus that spread around Gaia after Meteorfall two years ago, Alya is a humanitarian volunteer finding it increasingly difficult to stay strong through the infection that's slowly and painfully killing her body. 

But when the two cross paths in an old graveyard, they both might just find the solace they've been searching for, in each other.

Violet Crescent wanted nothing to do with the Jenova Project, but after discovering Vincent Valentine's desire to keep Lucrecia from the experiments, she agreed to take her nephew's place as the perfect test subject replacement. However, Hojo broke their deal and, now possessing a new, willing specimen, decided to move forward Sephiroth's testing. Learning from Lucrecia's methods, Hojo injected his own creation into Violet in hopes of creating another, more powerful monster. The day Hojo set Violet free was the day her thirty years of utter torture began. Three decades later, she begins a new journey with Avalanche and another very familiar face, setting out on the path to destroying the mad scientist and his creations once and for all. VincentxOC Very closely follows the storylines of FFVII, Advent Children, and Dirge of Cerberus. A rewrite of a story I wrote in 2015.

You've liked Reno, your fellow Turk, for a while now, and Rude, along with an unlikely duo, persuades you to confess to him. But as a new, dangerous mission looms, how will you cope with the fallout? Will you lose him all too soon, or find a new strength in each other to find a way to make it through. This work (and the rest of this description) has MAJOR SPOILERS for Final Fantasy VII and Final Fantasy VII Remake, so please bear that in mind when reading it! Based around the Sector 7 plate drop, this story explores the lead up to the mission, the mission itself, and the aftermath from the Turks' POV. How do they react to having to drop the plate, and what is the emotional impact on them afterwards? Written for a female reader, this is a story with plenty of fluff and plenty of angst, rated mature for language, themes, and some eventual smut too. Reno is an amazing character and great to write for - I hope you enjoy reading this as much as I loved writing it!

Vincent Valentine fell in love with Lucrecia Crescent. Violet Crescent fell in love with David Harper. Violet and Lucrecia were sisters. Life seemed to be falling apart after certain deaths take place. Then, of course, Hojo had to come be the party pooper. Violet gave up her humanity for Sephiroth and Lucrecia. Vincent ignored her sacrifice and got killed. Both were planted with demons, both were separated for thirty years. Avalanche, a terrorist group bent on stopping both Shinra and Violet's nephew, drags them along for a ride of adventure, loss, romance and friendship they won't ever forget. *"When is a man considered a monster?" Learning from Lucrecia's methods when she saved Vincent, Hojo created his own monster and injected it into Violet. Who knew such a pretty face had such a deadly side? The day Hojo sets her free is the day Violet's thirty years of torture began. And after that begins a new adventure with Avalanche and an old friend... *"When is a man considered a monster?" You know your boyfriend Reno is one of the most skilled fighters in Midgar, but that still doesn't stop you worrying about him. A pretty long fic that is a combination of action and a whole lot of fluff to finish. So, I've recently been playing Final Fantasy VII Remake and this just came out of nowhere. It was initially just going to be an attempt at a short one shot but the ideas just kept coming and I just kept writing! I hope you enjoy. Rated mature for language.
