At the learning center Alex's brain is washed so she can't remember anything but being at the center.
She befriends a friendly guy named Devin. They hangout every day.
When Major Scott tells Alex and Devin that they will be using guns they become worried.
Devin doesn't tell Alex that Major Scott doesn't trust him with a gun.
After that Alex doesn't speak to Devin again... For more than one reason.
