For decades, the Robot Wars have raged all across colonized space. But, now, thanks to the actions of the Rangers serving onboard the starship Horizon, the war is finally over. Yet the cost of that final battle has had astronomic consequences on the Horizon's crew.

Hero of the battle, Sergeant Rowan, is paying a heavy price for her actions, incapacitated and turned into what she hates most. Still, the time is coming when she'll have to step up to the plate and set aside her anger for the sake of everyone in her squad and on the ship.

Medic Carter Roe saw firsthand the destruction of the final battle, and it has instilled in her a determination to put her talents to use. Signing on as the Medical Officer for Rowan's squad, she realizes she might be in over her head, and she's in for a whole lot more than she bargained for.

From a desolate industrial planet, factory worker Adlai Fletcher knows that the end of the war doesn't mean an end to violence, and she signs on to the Colonial Network's army. Still, with every branch of law enforcement scrambling to recruit after their losses at war, can she prove that she is worth more than anyone expected and rise above the squalor of her home planet to actually become someone?

The war might be over, but the fight never ends.

Star trek Echoes of Command by DreadMaximus
10 parts Ongoing Mature
In the unforgiving void of space, every decision carries weight, and every command leaves an echo. For Caden Jarron, a rising officer in Starfleet, war isn't just a clash of ships and phaser fire-it's a game of intellect, culture, and strategy. From the blood-soaked battlefields of the Cardassian Wars to the tense brinkmanship of the Tzenkethi conflict, Caden forges a reputation as a tactical prodigy, a master of war who can outthink any enemy. But as he ascends through the ranks, Caden begins to grapple with a truth few in Starfleet dare to acknowledge: victory comes at a price, and not all sacrifices are made on the battlefield. His growing detachment and cold brilliance win him admirers and enemies alike, and with each conflict, he moves further from the idealistic young cadet he once was. When the Dominion War erupts, threatening to tear the Federation apart, Caden is thrust into the heart of the struggle-commanding fleets, outwitting enemies, and making impossible decisions that could save billions... or doom them. Yet even as he leads Starfleet to triumphs no one thought possible, the echoes of his command reverberate, reshaping not only the course of the war but his very soul. Can Caden maintain his humanity in a world that demands ruthless logic? Or will he become the very thing he swore to protect the Federation from-a calculating force of power, willing to sacrifice anything for victory? Echoes of Command is a gripping tale of leadership, sacrifice, and the dark side of tactical genius, set against the backdrop of some of the Federation's most pivotal conflicts. As Caden Jarron rises, so too do the stakes, and the line between hero and tyrant begins to blur. In war, every command echoes through time-and in space, those echoes can reach farther than anyone dares imagine.
spears of Uu'kata (CLEAN(ish) Version) by Bergquist8
56 parts Ongoing Mature
I decided to make this clean version of Spears of Uu'k'ata for those who like sci-fi, some romance, and adventure, without the smut. The characters still get into sexual situations and it is strongly implied that characters do have sex, but the content isn't explicit. The language, though, is still harsh. No way was I going to try to undertake editing out all the F-bombs because I am not a crazy person ************************************************************************************************* Charlotte is a mech pilot fighting a seemingly endless war against the Uu'k'asht over planetary dominance throughout the galaxy. She's always been sure of her abilities and her unit, until the day the enemy takes her mech down. Now, a prisoner of the Uu'k'asht, her future is unknown and she doesn't know what the next day will bring. She thought they would kill her, publicly execute her, torture her. But the Uu'k'asht seem to have other plans. Ahnekk is just as surprised as anyone when one of the huge metal mech's his battalion is fighting spits out a diminutive, slime-covered creature, that then proceeds to continue killing on the battlefield despite being seemingly helpless. No one has ever actually seen a human before. Only their killing machines. But he does know one thing: This prisoner will turn the tides of war. What he doesn't know is how much she will change his life. *A new chapter posted every Sunday*
