"Who are you?" They growled. "And why can't I smell you?"

Their menacing stare was enough to know these were the people her parents warned her about her whole sheltered life, but she still needed to ask.

"Are you the ones who want to hurt me?" she questioned whilst looking for a way out of this situation.

"We will if you don't tell us who you are" says the buff one with a scowl. 

She knew what she had to do now. It was her only way of surviving. So she did, she ran.

Exerpt of the story from chapter 3: I finaly start to get to a shallow spot in the water, so I know that the shore is not far away, which is a very good thing because I have tired myself out to the point where I need to catch my breath. It gets so shallow that I cant swim anymore so I begin to drag myself up onto the shore. I make it up far enough that only the tip of my tail is still getting wet because of the on coming waves. I lay my head down in the sand and breath heavaly so that I can take enough oxygen back into my lungs. suddenly, there is a shadow standing above me and when I look up, I see the horifyed expression of my mate. Well crap. Mature content with mild cursing. small amount of abuse detail along with a small amount of sexual content, I promise nothing major if you dont want to read things like that!!

An annoying bully who doesn't know what no means. This stalker scaring her. Or maybe even others she didn't know who's after her. This is only 8 chapters, of a short story. How a girl named Rachel, will learn to survive and endure her hardships. Through mental toughness and experience. As well as the memories of her ex with love of others. Will she survive long with the scratches at her window? Or will she finally see who's hiding under the grey hoodie?

THIS BOOK IS COMPLETED but it will be HEAVILY EDITED and have things added to it in the future. I wrote this book when I was much younger. I didn't expect it to reach this amount of popularity so I will devote my time to bettering it in the future. ------------------ Every year, in our village and the neighbouring villages, we encounter, on what is suppose to be the most divine and celebrated day of the year, a visit from the 'big bad wolf'. At least that's what the children call him. Adults like to call him "inhuman" or a "wild ravenous monster". However, the majority settle for "beast". No one knows why he ruins this specific day for us, the day we can celebrate our species: werewolves. Some despise him for taking this day from us and forcefully exchanging our merry and joyful laughs to screams of fear. When that specific day of the year approaches us, none of us are ever prepared for it. He always comes at night. We are told to lock our windows, draw our curtains and our doors. We are told to hide. There's one main rule that we have: don't look at him. Because if you do, no one knows what'll happen to you. Maybe that's the worse part, not knowing your fate. Not knowing the outcome of your foolish actions. If he comes roaming your streets, you have a right to be scared. Us "maidens" are always encouraged to hide ourselves the most, it's women that he supposedly wants more. However, I believe that that is a cautionary excuse. He'll take you, no matter how old or how young, no matter how innocent or how corrupt, no matter your gender, all it takes is a look. Either he looks at you, or you look at him, or you both exchange looks. Either way, his senses will pick you up, and you can't hide. It'll be too late. The amazing cover is by @-blackrogue.
