Test Tube was bored. So incredibly bored. She had done every experiment in the book. At least, every humane experiment. She looked down at the open book. An idea that couldn't be tested as there was no way to test it without potentially facing jail time for torture. But so many other famous scientists who made huge discoveries also did inhumane things for the sake of science. If it meant recognition for your brilliance and neediness outside of the show, Test Tube wouldn't mind stepping over a couple boundaries. But which lines would she be willing to cross? Or, a better question in hindsight, how much would change? WARNING! Believing all these medications were to help you when in reality they were destroying you. As man pushes forward to bring light of a new future you are still lost between the mystery of yourself and humanity. As questions lead to answers and answers lead to sacrifice. *Extreme bizarre, it will not follow Vento plot by plot, writing format for first pages is straight to the point, after some time the structure will be more detailed and I will use the same form of writing as in The Mafias Grand Amore. Environment is futuristic while still holding the 2001 timeline.* There are chapters that contain mature content.

When the dragon flu had come, it washed over the world killing most of the people of Terra. In an attempt to save their people, the government took them deep into the underground to a city constructed for emergencies. Twelve hundred and twenty one years later, the city was massive and thriving. Grant had a good job, comfortable home, and life in general offered little to complain about. After being ripped from his bed in the early morning by the city watch one morning, Grant found himself labeled as a trader and thrown down into the mines with mutants and criminals. Half mutant and half Terren, Zdana survived being crippled by the Capital City Council. Live in the mines was an everyday struggle. Starvation, fog, mine collapse were only a few of the things her people faced every day. When Grant came into the mines, he brought with him something Zdana had been seeking. A clue they may lead to all of their freedom. All they had to do, was keep it hidden from the city watch, and the Council.

Blanket content warnings for complicated relationships, descriptions of violence, death, surgery, and critical injury. This story meant a lot to me, so I finished it. Against sense, reason, and the will of god.
