Or more like appealed to the attractive black haired, green eyed boy. She's never been the one to want to have a relationship. Is now the time? Xavier Witts, a 18 year old boy hiding a nothing more than a couple lies... or so he says. Xavier never wanted to get attached to someone he could lose. He never to wanted to go through that again. But what happens when suddenly that person fights against his measures of protection? What happens when that person is willing to risk their life just to be with him? And you most certainly aren't worthless." I gasp to breathe, and he continues talking. "What you are is an amazing person who hasn't let all of this crazy bullshit affect her. You handled it like a champ. What you are is a strong, brave being that has stood by my side." I breathe as he leans closer. "What you are, is the love of my life...."

Years after a nuclear disaster, the world is a dying wasteland. The sky is permanently covered in thick, gray clouds, blocking sunlight and plunging the land into an endless dusk. Radiation has twisted both nature and humanity, creating monstrous mutants that roam the ruins. Survivors exist in fractured factions, scavenging for dwindling resources and fighting to hold onto what little remains. Among these survivors is Phillip Harper, a former paramedic turned reluctant leader, trying to keep his small group alive. When a young girl in their camp falls deathly ill from radiation poisoning, Phil makes the desperate decision to seek out a rumored bunker said to contain pre-war medicine and supplies. But as they journey deeper into the wasteland, they face not just external threats-mutants, raiders, and starvation-but also the slow unraveling of their own humanity.

Daimen frowned and studied me for a while, "Just wondering, because you seem to love pissing me off. And most people don't. So I guess you need some figuring out to do." ********* Daimen and River were both seniors at the same high school, they took some of the same classes, walked the same halls, live in fair distance from each other, but they couldn't have been more different. When high school was over River and Daimen became ghosts to each other but then years later fate decides to bring them back together. River Sparrow hates confrontation. She's jumpy, but tries to see the bright side of situations. She's quiet, soft spoken, the "teacher's pet," and keeps to herself a lot. She's a volunteer at the local animal shelter and loves one dog in particular the most. Daimen Princeston would fight in a heartbeat. He's strong, intimidating, and pretty much has people running for the hills at the very aspect of him getting angry. His devil-may-care attitude swirls around him and no one wants to get on his bad side. Of course River is afraid of him, and she has a good right to be. But when River starts to learn more of the young man everyone fears she starts to see him in a new way. After some time feelings grow stronger and she hopes she's not fallen for a murderer. And if she has, who is she to deny him the love he so desperately needs?

Test Tube was bored. So incredibly bored. She had done every experiment in the book. At least, every humane experiment. She looked down at the open book. An idea that couldn't be tested as there was no way to test it without potentially facing jail time for torture. But so many other famous scientists who made huge discoveries also did inhumane things for the sake of science. If it meant recognition for your brilliance and neediness outside of the show, Test Tube wouldn't mind stepping over a couple boundaries. But which lines would she be willing to cross? Or, a better question in hindsight, how much would change? WARNING! In this fic, there are mentions of : -Blood -Body horror -Kidnapping -Suicide/suicidal thoughts -Medical trauma in general If any of these topics trigger you, I don't recommend reading!
