Joseph Fabrizio lives in a world where it is very common for somebody to have a mental disorder. It is so common that the government selects kids that know a lot about psychology and kids that are very intelligent to go to a special school in order to enhance their skills and hopefully find a way to cure these mental disorders. Kids get selected at the the ages of twelve and thirteen. Joseph is one of the kids that gets selected. This story takes place in the year 2060.
