16 years after Junko Enoshima's death, a popular TV channel gets overrided by a organization calling themselves, "Despair Implanted" And a new killing game emerges using 17 "ultimates" who dont exist on any databases, and no one stepped forward to say they knew them. These 17 kids are put against each other in a killing game as done 16 years earlier, and no one knows what to do...
