Bumblebee Lost his Spark-Mate Lightning Bolt the first Autobot to ever have a flying form, during his Team Prime days. After the Femme went undercover as a Decepticon for Team prime, 6 months went past before she was discovered and her Optics were sent to Prime and his team with a note reading, "She had us fooled till her last day, you will see her in the well of all-sparks.". She was announced KIA that day, another soldier lost in the ongoing war against the Decepticons. Or so they thought she was. From that day Lightning Bolt became a legend, a myth. *PAUSED* Transformers Prime: Optimus's Second in Command: Jetfire
After the death of Cliffjumper, the autobots were dealt quite the blow, both emotionally and in their numbers. On top of that air superiority is still in the decepticons favor which is still a big problem for the Autobots. But the day after the Autobots try to rescue Cliffjumper; only to find him as an undead terrorcon zombie, Ratchet picks up an autobot signal, but is perplexed to see that it is airborne. Most believe it's a trap, but Optimus believes that it is still worth investigating. As they try to do so the decepticons also pick up the signal. But the signal originator aids the Autobots in driving off the decepticons in his green cargo plane mode resembling a modified Antonov An-225. After the decepticons are dealt with, the jet hovers in front of the Autobots and then transforms into a bot that is nearly equal in height to Optimus himself. Once transformed Optimus immediately recognized who this bot was... his second in command, Jetfire. (A/N: Yes I am using the Transformers Cybertron Jetfire for this fanfic. And he will have his cyberkey power but it will be explained differently in the story.)

Story of a Sparkling-Transformers fanfic
An ambush. That was all there was to it. The Prime was alone at that time, launching his only sparkling off world to protect her. He was so close to losing her to the Decepticons, at least that was what he thought. He was left heavily damaged, leaking energon, for the other Autobots to find. The priority was not the Prime, but his sparkling. Their objective had been achieved, they did not need to do anything else. Optimus Prime was for their Lord and master to defeat, not them. I am Broken (TFP)
Being in the wrong place at the wrong time seems to be the way for certain humans who run into the autobots while they are fighting the decepticons. For a seemingly lonely, and homeless girl, meeting the autobots is set to change her life forever. However, things are not as easy as the autobots first learn. Especially as they find her to bring her back to the base for safety, it becomes immediately apparent that she is different from humans. And she also poses a danger to the humans they have taken in for safety. However, they learn that she is the way she is because of evil, cruel men who kidnapped her as a toddler and forced her to endure cruel experiments to the point she is no longer considered a human. Especially as she has a side to her that requires her to hunt for a specific food source. And the autobots learn that she has no choice when the beast side of her fails to resist the scent of fresh meat. And unfortunately, it also shows that the girl has zero choice in the matter. Despite that, Jack Darby finds himself in a peculiar position with the girl. Even though he is terrified of her, the girl seems to be intrigued. He does not understand at first, until she eventually explains the possible reason. He finds himself uncertain by the development, but realizes that he might be able to help her. The autobots are now stuck fighting a war with the autobots, and learning of the horror of the girl's past. They search for the people responsible for the illegal experimentation that has caused the girl to lose her identity, and become something people would see as a monster. Worse still, the fate of her own life depends on these people. It becomes obvious when the human part of her slowly begins to disappear, losing control of herself and sense of self, until the autobots figure out how to help her and keeping her away from the monsters who destroyed her. Only not knowing if they could ever fix her without stripping the very human side of her forever.

Involuntary(TFA/Bee-Centric)
"So, 'Autobot'...do we have a deal?" Megatron asked with interest, waiting to see if the Minibot would take the bite at his offer. Bumblebee still wasn't sure. He couldn't die, couldn't go offline, not yet. He wanted to see his team again. He wanted payback of some sort or at least some sort of closure. No matter the cost. He didn't want to...but he had to. For now, only one thing ran through his fractured and aching processor. Survive. ~~~~~~~~~~ Bumblebee, the sweet spark goofball, who dreamed of being an Elite Guard. Bee can be a handful due to his obnoxious personality, his childish behavior, his procrastination, and much more. However, things take a turn for the worse as his team grows tired of his antics, resulting in an argument that could've led to better or worse. Then during the attempt to stop The Space Bridge, in the midst of the battle, Bumblebee gets kidnapped and taken. For Stellar Cycles, Bumblebee goes through the worst. Being a prisoner, training to fight & kill, forced to move on from all he once knew and had, do as he's told, & become a Con. The only thing Bee wanted was to find value in himself, to survive, to truly see if his former team moved on in life without him.

The Autobots are outnumbered and outgunned; even more so after the lose of Cliffjumper. Despite all the support there human allies give and the wins the autobots manage to secure, there numbers are always an issue that is over the autobots heads. Fortunately Primus has seen the autobots struggles especially there latest troubles with Ratchet, Bulkhead, and Bumblebee recovering from a trap full of a swarm of scraplets. and Optimus and Arcee are recovering from a near death trip to the Arctic. When the children left to go home, the autobots picked up a emergency signal from an unknown source. Unable to ignore this, and the only bots that can walk Optimus and Arcee go to investigate. When they get to the scene they find an escape pod that was transmitting the signal. But they get ambushed by the decepticons, due to still not being fully defrosted from there trip to the Arctic, Optimus and Arcee struggle severally. As it seems that the bots are going to be captured. A bot arrives on the scene to lend his weapons and aid taking out the cons with ease. After there savior finished off the decepticons, Arcee finally got a good look at who the bot was; and to her surprise its someone who she hasn't seen in a long time. Find out who there rescuer by reading my first Transformers fanfic. A/N: I try to keep my Prime fanfics to go along with the TF Prime cannon as much as possible. For example, no decepticon deaths to early, or outright big changes. And if there is said big change I try to make a loophole to try and keep following cannon.

When Bumblebee got stuck on Earth with Strongarm and Sideswipe, the first thing he did was instruct Fixit to rebuild the earth bridge on Alchemor so that it would be easier for them to catch the escaped Decepticons. To his surprise, the minicon quickly coped with the breakdown, however, during the testing of the bridge, a malfunction occurred, as a result of which the bridge opened in the shadow zone. Bumblebee ordered the portal to be closed, but it was too late: an ominous figure appeared in the purple vortex...
