"Why didn't you tell me about this!?" Carlos growls at me as he tries to control his anger.
I looked at him with tearing eyes, "Because I was afraid ok! I was afraid to tell anyone about this! I was so scared that I couldn't even tell my own BEST FRIEND about this!" I all but cried out at him.
"But I was mostly afraid of telling anyone because I was scared HE would come back for me." I whispered as more tears run down my face.
