Charlotte Evelyn Winters grew up on the ark with no family and no rules. She always felt as though she could do whatever she wanted, up until she met Bellamy Blake. She was supposed to distract him and instead, she fell in love with him. They snuck around with every chance they got and they seemed to be very happy. That was until one day Bellamy had told on her for theft and she had gotten arrested. Her trust with him has broken although when she sees him on the ground, she feels all those feelings for Bellamy rush back to her.
