Kingdom of Auelle used to be a beautiful kingdom with energy and life. Their rich soil is now tainted with dust. The streets match the description of a pathetic wasteland, and the poor survivors are now slaves. But the most heart-wrenching sight was the death of the royal family, now only remains ashes of what they had and what they were. Or at least that's what they thought.

Eighteen year-old Scarlett Everbloom, only child of King Trevor and Queen Dianna of Aurelle, survived and was able to escape. She passes out somewhere in the middle of running away and ends up in the small home of a hardworking tailor in the Kingdom of Daine.

A masquerade ball appears and it invites everyone to the castle to celebrate Prince Paul Williams' 19th birthday. With a push of encouragement, Scarlett sets foot on the castle wearing a mask and a wig. Her thoughts of it being dull changed when she dances and mingles with a random guy.

With a shocking turn of events, Scarlett was once again back in the palace she had partied in. Spotted and caught by the palace guards along with many more women about her age, Scarlett wanted to escape like she did once. But being told that she's involved in something very important, she had no choice but to stay.

*Completed* So I wrote this when I was like 16, so it might be a little cringy. I'm trying to work on it right now. You've been warned Annabelle Easton, a nineteen year old with her future planned out by wealth, ran head first into the biggest mistake of her life. Annie's mundane life spiraled into a world of romance, pain, and mystery after she set foot inside that cave. Meeting a new fate and the love of her life through a tedious adventure of a lifetime. Was setting foot in that cave such a big mistake after all?
